AMEC Wireless is a national provider of in-building wireless solutions, specializing in Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems (ERCES / ERRCS) and Cellular DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) for public safety, enterprise, and carrier-grade environments.
We design, engineer, and commission advanced RF systems that ensure first responders and building occupants stay connected in compliance with NFPA 1225, IFC, and local AHJ requirements.
The ERCES / DAS Sales Representative will drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for AMEC Wireless’s in-building wireless solutions.
This is a commission-only role suited for self-motivated sales professionals who understand construction, low-voltage, or telecommunications environments and want unlimited income potential based on results.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and government verticals.
- Build relationships with general contractors, property managers, developers, and AHJs.
- Promote public safety radio enhancement (ERCES / ERRCS) and cellular DAS systems, including neutral-host and active DAS solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, site walk coordination, and scope development with engineering teams.
- Work closely with AMEC’s technical staff to prepare proposals, RFQ/RFP responses, and turnkey design-build quotes.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline tracking using AMEC Wireless CRM tools.
- Stay current on AHJ code updates, NFPA 1225 compliance, and DAS technology trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is essential.
- Strong management skills with experience in leading teams or projects effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, low-voltage, or wireless telecom (preferred).
- Familiarity with DAS, ERCES, BDA systems, NFPA 72/1225, or public-safety radio is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Self-starter with high energy and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as needed.
